About the Course
This engaging 4-day workshop is designed to introduce the participants to the dynamic world of tourism. The program aims to cover a range of topics from the basics of the tourism industry, customer service in tourism, local tourism development, to digital marketing in tourism. The participants are introduced to sustainable tourism practices. Ultimately the participants will have the opportunity to think innovatively for their career growth in the tourism sector
Course Objectives
- Introduce participants to the dynamic and diverse field of tourism. Cover fundamental concepts and principles of the tourism industry.
- Explore the importance of customer service excellence in tourism. Discuss strategies for local tourism development and community engagement.
- Provide insights into the role of digital marketing in promoting tourism destinations. Raise awareness about sustainable tourism practices and their significance.
- Encourage participants to think innovatively about career opportunities within the tourism sector.
