Sarad Saraf Centre organised "A One-Day Ayurved Camp" on (17/10/2023) at IIT Jammu.

The camp welcomed Dr Reetu Nandal, a practitioner who holds a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree from PGI Rohtak, Haryana. Faculties and Students consulted on issues like;
- Chronic Health Conditions
- Stress and Mental Health
- Diet and Nutrition
- Detoxification and Cleansing
- Women's Health
- Preventive Healthcare
- Weight Management
- Digestive Disorders
- Balancing Energy (Prana), etc.

The camp occured at Level 108, in two slots from 11.00 to 13.00 and 14.00 to 16.00. The camp concluded with a brief talk by Dr Reetu Nandal at 16:00 in Classroom 102. The title of the talk was "Ayurved and Modern Lifestyle".
