We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our intensive Three-Day Capacity Building Program, where knowledge met innovation and inspiration thrived. Over the past three days, our participants have delved into a diverse range of topics that promise to transform their professional lives. Here’s a glimpse of what our program encompassed:

Day 1: We began with a strong foundation, exploring Professional Ethics, guided by Prof. Bipin Indurkhya. Later, we discovered the power of Digital Tools for Increasing Productivity with Mr. Parmveer Nandal. In the afternoon, Dr. Lakhvinder Singh and Mr. Ankit Gupta took us on a journey through the Know-how of Open-source Learning Management Systems, featuring live demos and vibrant discussions.

Day 2: Prof. Uma Shankar led an enlightening session on Pedagogical Skills, imparting insights on engaging students and enhancing lecture effectiveness. We then embarked on an academic exploration of Approach to Undergraduate Research, further enriching our educational repertoire. The day concluded with Dr. Vijay Pal, Dr. Ankit Dubey, and Dr. Chembolu Vinay sharing valuable expertise on Lab Experiments, from effective demonstrations to report writing.

Day 3: Dr. Barnali Chaudhary commenced the day with a focus on Writing Skills, Interviews, Placements, and crafting impressive student CVs, followed by insightful discussions on networking. The program wrapped up with another session by Dr. Chaudhary, where we honed our Communication Techniques with authorities, peers, and students. Finally, Dr. Amitash Ojha sparked our creativity and critical thinking with his thought-provoking session, urging us to think outside the box.
